ReCreate is a group coaching programme fuelled by creativity.
Creativity is one of our most useful gateways into reimagining our futures. Whether you're feeling stuck at work, have an exciting project you can't quite get started, or are rethinking your relationships, creativity can help us see things more clearly, and redesign how we'd like them to look.
Over the course of the programme you'll receive two 121 sessions with me, and 3 group coaching workshops (with 6-8 people), alongside a series of bespoke creative challenges that will help you imagine what you might do next.
Once you’ve had your first 121 in January 2027, I’ll begin to send you a weekly creative prompt for you to respond to, designed to help you rethink areas of your life where you’re stuck. When we come together in the fortnightly group sessions, we’ll share how we’ve been getting on, as well as completing some creative insight tasks together. You’ll then finish with a final 121 with me in March 2027 to reflect on what you’ve discovered and make a plan for the future.
It can feel challenging to invest in ourselves when the world is unpredictable, but this programme offers you a chance to:
Practice being ok with uncertainty
Reimagine areas of your life, so that you can make things happen in the way you want them to
Rediscover parts of you that might currently feel hidden or far away
Receive bespoke 121 support through the challenges you’re facing
Build a cohort of supportive peers that can cheer you on
‘Working with Jo through bespoke creative prompts and coaching gave me valuable space to step back from what was immediately in front of me, reconnect with my values and think more openly about my ambitions for the future.
I’ll look back on this time as pivotal. I have greater clarity about what comes next, renewed confidence in what I have to offer, and, perhaps most importantly, I’ve rediscovered a creative practice that I’d struggled to make space for. It has been a light in the dark, something that feeds my soul and fills my cup. ‘

Bespoke Creative Promps
At the heart of the programme are the weekly creative prompts that will run between January and March. Designed specifically for you individually, the aim of these is to push you to see, think about and feel things differently, allowing you to open up to new possibilities. The prompts will cover making, writing, exploring, drawing, moving - whatever helps you shift into a new way of being.

In order to maintain an intimate feel to the programme, the maximum participants will be 8, although we may well keep it to 6.
-
You will get a weekly prompt by email on a Monday morning. We will talk in your 121 about the things you like doing, things that make you feel challenged and how much time you have to dedicate to the project. With this in mind, the prompts could take anywhere between 10 mins and half a day to complete, based on the time you have.
They might be a piece of writing, or a making project, or an adventure to go on. They won’t cost you any money, or require you to buy any new equipment. -
Absolutely, I will invoice you for the payment so just let me know what schedule works for you.

I know that running a programme like this takes work and want to be able to make myself available to you, which is why I have chosen this price point.
However, if it is really genuinely restrictive for you and you’re really keen to participate, please do let me know and I am always happy to see what I can do.
